My father, who is 84, wanted a new kitchen and we decided to go with Elite after meeting Ken. Ken took a lot of time with us up front and assured us we would get the support and service so it was a smooth and easy renovation. I was very involved with the process so my dad wasn't too overwhelmed and both Ken and Greg made it easy for me to work with them from afar (since I am not local). The communication was great throughout the process and the kitchen tear out to completion was very smooth and timely since they had all the contacts in place to take care of all aspects (flooring, tile, countertops, plumbing, etc). We had kicked around some kitchen designs on our own and taken them into the usual big box stores to have them drawn up and look at their cabinet options and pricing. All around the same price and similar "stock" cabinet sizes with limited options. I had heard good things about Elite, and brought my sketch in to have them price the cabinets. Ken insisted on seeing the kitchen and measuring properly before he would design and price the job. The first sign of professionalism which continued throughout the entire process. Two days later, I had Ken's drawings in hand which had a few changes (for the better) and some custom sized cabinets to eliminate many of the fillers that were part of the other guys' plans. And the best part? Elite's cabinets were at the same price as the "other guys". Better design, better cabinets, installers that only install cabinets (they know what they're doing). No brainer!Super happy with the whole process. Great product, great design, beyond great worry free installation. You need not shop anywhere else, Elite Cabinets will amaze you with their product, their service and their attention to detail. And I do have to mention Travis and Pooya, the installers. They went above and beyond what I would expect from finishing carpenters. I don't know how Ken found them, but he definitely hit the jackpot.Recommended 100%!
We had such a wonderful experience working with Elite Kitchens. Ken was great in the process leading up and them Travis was wonderful during the install. We ran into a couple hiccups on our end and Elite helped us troubleshoot the issues. Highly, highly recommend them!
