POSITION: Kitchen Design Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keep Showroom hours, Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00AM – 5 PM
• Interview Customers to determine needs, desires, and budget (take measurements, etc.)
• Create Design Options that meet those requirements
• Quote Designs
• Present Design Options to the Customer
• Complete changes and Followup needed to Close the Sale
• Communicate with the Job Supervisor to insure correct Production and Installation
• Followup with Customer to Insure Complete Customer Satisfaction REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent People and Customer Service Skills
• Kitchen Design Experience
• Knowledge in 20/20 Design Software (or similar program)
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc)
• Organized and Prompt with good Followthrough
• A Respectful and Cooperative Team Player
HOURS:
• Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am – 5 pm
• Ability to occasionally work after hours if needed to suit customer schedules
