Finishing
Finishing refers to all the final touches. Cabinet hardware is installed, for example, and all the fixtures, appliances, and outlets are tested. There may be some paint that needs to be retouched or caulking needed. When everything looks right, the area needs professional cleaning. The client will have a walk through with the contractor to make sure everything is perfect.
