This delicious key lime pie is the perfect finish for Verona’s Favourite Salmon and Grilled Veggie Foil Packs. It tastes just like summer!

Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie


1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup sugar

1/3 cup melted butter

Mix crumbs and sugar together, then add melted butter and mix. Press into 9” pie plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


3 cups sweetened condensed milk

½ cup sour cream

¾ cup key lime juice (freshly squeezed about 20 limes-best to buy the juice in a bottle!)

1 Tbsp grated lime zest


Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, combine condensed mild, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest. Mix well and pour into crumb crust.

Bake 5-8 minutes until tiny bubbles burst on surface (I baked mine for 10 minutes)

Chill pie thoroughly before serving.

Garnish with whipped cream and more lime zest.
