Peach Bellini

  • 2 oz Champagne
  • 3 cups crushed ice (I used ice cubes)
  • 2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1 can Peach Nectar (I used peach nectar in a juice box and froze it)
  • Splash of blackberry liqueur

Directions: Put 3 cans of ice and frozen concentrate in blender, pour in everything else except blackberry liqueur. Blend and add more ice if needed. Add dash of blackberry liqueur and swirl through drink with straw. Add a squirt of whipped cream on top.
