This healthy smoothie recipe will help you stay on track with your New Year’s Resolutions!

Amazing Super Smoothie

Handful ice

½ apple, cored and cut into chunks

Handful pineapple, cut into chunks

Handful cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks (if it has seeds, remove seeds)

¼ avocado

Juice of ½ lime

Handful of spinach leaves

200 ml coconut water

1 Tbsp protein powder (I used Vega Vanilla Chai)


Put all ingredients into Vitamix, or any heavy duty blender, and then pour yourself a glass full of vitamins, minerals and good health! Enjoy!
